National Charity Model Search Announced!!!

Is your child America’s Cutest Kid?

Photography by Carrie is participating in the National Charity Model Search to select “America’s Cutest Kid” and to raise funds for charity.

We’re looking for cute children ages 18 months to 14 years old to model for a portrait to be entered into the contest.

Grand prize national winner will be determined from the 50 city finalists. Winners selected by photography and modeling industry experts.

If your child is selected the national winner, you’ll receive many prizes, including a $5,000 US Savings Bond and a Canon PowerShot G10 digital camera.

Models Search Special:
$45 entrance fee, which includes a 30 minute model session and one image submitted to the national gallery.

Finalists will be determined by online votes. Anyone may vote. Each vote is $1, and all proceeds from votes benefit the non-profit Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep. (NILMDTS.org)

Christmas Vacation!

Just a quick reminder, we will be closed for the Holidays at 5:00 p.m. Friday Dec. 20 through Monday January 5th. Please be sure to pick up all your portraits before 5:00 on Friday so that you will have them for Christmas. For those of you waiting on Santa photos I hope to have them here on Friday but if not, we will make arrangements for you to pick those up before Christmas. Santa Day Success!

Santa Day was such a blast! Santa was absolutely amazing and the kids just had a great time talking with Santa and eating Christmas cookies. Here is a small sampling of what happened here on Santa day. Enjoy and have a beautiful Holiday Season.

The deadline for guaranteed delivery for Christmas is today at 5:00 p.m. Orders placed for Christmas delivery after 5:00 today will need to be rush ordered. For rush orders there is a small fee. SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN...

The cost is $65.00 and you will receive one mounted 5x5 portrait on an easel to

True Love

Allie and Brett were married on October 11, 2008 at her parents' home. I cannot tell you how beautiful it was! Everything was perfect down to the very last detail. Even though there were many friends and family members there, Brett looked at Allie as if she were the only person that existed that day. She was a stunning bride and so much fun to work with. These two were fabulous together. Enjoy your sneak peek.

What we've been up to!

Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Many of you have seen the photos on the cover and within the October SHE magazine. I was thrilled to do this for SHE magazine and just loved working with Julie Metzger who has had breast cancer. Julie was such a warm peaceful spirit and I just admire her strength. Julie thank you for allowing me to photograph you for the magazine. It was a pleasure and an honor. For those of you who wanted to view the parade photos they're still online. Their password is "survivor". Those will be up throughout the month of October. Let's all take time out this month to do our part to stand up to cancer and know that together we can fight to find a cure.

A Fun Family Session

These are my forever friends, Gina and Sean from St. Louis. We met when we were living in St. Louis and have remained close. They are one of the most amazingly sweet and fun families I have ever had the chance to get to know. Their kids are not only polite and adorable, they are also super duper smart! Guys thanks for coming to see me and for making my life a little brighter because of who you are. I adore you.
